How to Book Your Appointment:

Choose this option for document signings related to property transactions or mortgage loans.
2. Pick Your Preferred Date, Time & Location
We’ll coordinate with your schedule and the other parties involved to ensure a smooth closing.
3. Provide Signing Details
Share the document type and any lender/title instructions ahead of time so we can arrive fully prepared.
4. Receive Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details, ID requirements, and what to expect at signing.
Your fee includes travel and up to 2 notarizations. Additional notarizations are $10 per stamp.

What do I need to bring?
Bring all real estate closing or loan documents, and ensure all required signers are present.
What ID is required?
All signers must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID. Lenders may have additional ID requirements.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A fee may apply for last-minute changes.
