At N Motion Notaries, we are committed to providing reliable and professional notary services. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved for each appointment, all payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or if the appointment is missed without proper notice.
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If N Motion Notaries cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule.
If a technical error occurs during a Remote Online Notarization (RON) session that prevents completion.
If the client cancels with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund or reschedule may be offered.
Non-refundable situations include:
No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period.
Incomplete documents or missing valid identification at the time of the appointment.
Refusal to notarize due to non-compliance with legal requirements (e.g., lack of ID, coercion, or incomplete documents).
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
