last update:

By using the services of N Motion Notaries (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all notary services provided through our business, whether performed in-person, remotely, or via mobile appointment.

  • Present valid, unexpired government-issued identification at the time of service.

  • Be present (in person or online) during the appointment to sign the document(s) in front of the notary.

2. Eligibility

We provide services to individuals 18 years or older. Minors may be included in services (e.g., travel consent notarizations) with appropriate documentation and guardian presence.

3. Identification Requirements

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all notary services. Acceptable IDs include:

  • Driver’s license or state-issued ID

  • Passport

  • Military ID

  • Permanent resident card (green card)

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. This policy ensures fair scheduling and availability for all clients.

5. Mobile and Remote Services

  • Mobile services include travel within a designated service area; additional mileage fees may apply outside this range.

  • Remote Online Notarization (RON) requires stable internet access, a camera-enabled device, and identity verification. Clients are responsible for ensuring technical requirements are met.

6. Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in full at or before the time of the appointment. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Cash

  • Online payment links (if provided)

7. Limitations of Service

N Motion Notaries does not provide legal advice or draft documents. We do not notarize incomplete documents or any documents with missing pages or unclear intentions.

We reserve the right to decline service if:

  • The identification provided is invalid or unverifiable.

  • The document violates any federal, state, or local law.

8. Document Storage & Confidentiality

Notarial records and client documents are handled in accordance with legal standards and confidentiality protocols. We retain records as required by law but do not share client information with third parties unless legally obligated or expressly authorized by the client.
